One of Gracie’s favorite childhood memories is when she caught her first fish with her dad. When asked whom she admires most, Gracie replied, “My mom. She never gives up and has always provided us with everything we need.” During high school, Gracie has enjoyed participating in cross country, track, FFA, FCCLA, and 4-H, but she’s most proud of being FFA president, saying “It’s something I’ve dreamed of and worked really hard for.” Gracie’s ag teacher and FFA advisor, Mrs. Stillwagoner, said, “She is a very hard working girl and loves to push herself to do the best she can. She’s always trying to make sure an event/activity goes great for everyone.” Coach Estes added, “Gracie is involved in a lot of activities and sports, all while succeeding academically. She undoubtedly makes a positive impact on everything she’s a part of.” When it comes to her time in high school, Gracie hopes her classmates will remember her as someone who always put her best foot forward. After high school graduation, Gracie plans to attend Connors State College for her basics and then OSU or back to Connors for her RN license to be a labor and delivery nurse.
